Effective immediately FAS has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or no reason. FAS will not sell high-capacity rifles to anyone under the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent. Online, transfer-out, sales for high-capacity rifles will no longer be accepted. Sale of .223 and .556 ammunition can and will be restricted.
